NO HIDDEN FEES

Tom Tynan Homes’ Management Fee is FIXED. Our fee is solely based on the length of time required to construct and complete the project and the size of the project. This determination is made when overall cost is determined and this “fixed fee” is included in the contract.

• No mark up on materials and labor costs
• If you want to change anything during the building process the only costs to you are the additional material and labor costs—NO ADDITIONAL MANAGEMENT FEE IS ASSESSED.
• At any time you may review invoices for your project and have copies made for your records
• Weekly reports showing bills paid for your project will be sent to you
